You say, “I’m not really an activist type; I don’t go around displaying signs on street corners.” But most of the actions listed in this document are simple prayers, to be said in private. Prayer makes every Christian an activist!
Action #1: Pray in Jesus’ name against the demons which are the root of all homosexual and transgender behavior – the demons of disobedience and rebellion. Pray that these demons would be lifted from people. And pray in Jesus’ name that the subconscious of all Americans who watch TV or movies or social media would be protected from these demons entering into them across the airwaves. (Satan, you will recall, is called the “prince of the power of the air.”)
We are battling against the depths of darkness.
Something which needs to be emphasized to Christians is the depth of the spiritual darkness in the LGBTQ lifestyle. Every LGBTQ person has submitted himself or herself to demonic control. These demons don’t just hate Christians, they hate God. The PRIDE movement is a movement of rebellion, a movement of disobedience to God; and (to those demons) the more extreme the rebellion, the better. There is never enough. That translates to: The more extreme and varied the sexual perversion, the better. Pornography, sexual obsession, sadism, masochism, and murder are natural extensions and outcomes of their demonic universe.
Christians, because they can call on the name of Jesus Christ, are the only people with power over demons. We must use that power! Jesus instructed his disciples to go and “heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons” (Matthew 10:8).
Action #2: Pray for the protection of our schools and teachers and students from LGBTQ propaganda. Pray that the blood of Jesus would cover all the young children to protect them from the homosexuals and sex perverts. Pray that the teaching of “tolerance” for sexual perversion would be removed from all school curricula, and would be removed from the minds of teachers and students.
How serious is the problem? A 2023 report by the CDC shows 25% of high school students identifying as LGBTQ. Some people naively think the “gay problem” went away when President Trump canceled all DEI programs. But demons don’t listen to executive orders. All those demons that have taken root in young people’s hearts are still there, and can only be removed by the prayers of Christians, in Jesus’ name.
Action #3: Pray against the many PRIDE organizations. Pray that the many well-funded and influential PRIDE organizations listed below would be defunded and go out of business. Remember to pray in Jesus’ name.

The first three organizations on this list have very widespread targets for their propaganda, from corporations to media to government offices. The last five focus particularly on schools and indoctrinating children.

Local organizations:
Every big city in the USA now has its own PRIDE organization. These organizations are especially visible for the PRIDE parades and PRIDE festivals they sponsor, mainly in June (“PRIDE month”). Today it would be impossible to count the number of smaller cities and towns which have similar organizations. These organizations are mostly dependent on donations from local businesses, which consider it good PR to have their businesses associated with the LGBTQ cause.
Extra Credit: If your local PRIDE organization has a website (and most of them do), then use the website to find out which local businesses are sponsoring the organization, and contact those businesses. When you contact them, don’t just tell them that you personally disapprove; but tell them they are not honoring God’s commands, and they should show their gratitude to God for all his bountiful gifts by opposing the PRIDE activities.
Action #4: Pray against the contempt being shown by America’s liberal churches toward Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross. Pray that the churches which give honor to gay priests and gay congregants would either repent and change their ways, or would go completely out of business. Included in this category are the following denominations:

Presbyterian Church USA
Why should this issue be important to people outside those denominations – people who refuse to participate? There is a Bible story recounted in the early chapters of the book of First Samuel. The sons of Eli, who inherited the priesthood from Eli their father, were helping themselves to the people’s offerings to God, instead of bringing the offerings to the altar of the Lord. They “treated the offering of the LORD with contempt.” They also seduced the women who served at the entrance of the tabernacle. God told Eli to restrain them, but he did not do so. The result was that the enemies of Israel overran the country, killed 30,000 in the Israelite army, and stole the ark of the covenant. It wasn’t just the two sons of Eli who suffered; it was the entire population.
Our country is in danger. The total number of congregations included in the above denominations is about 63,000. God looks down every week and sees, not animal sacrifices being treated with contempt, but the body and blood of his precious Son Jesus Christ being held in contempt at all these churches, all across the country. For a church to honor gay priests and gay congregants – not repentant people, but people brazenly defying God – when celebrating the Lord’s Supper, is deliberately spitting in God’s face. To repeat, it wasn’t just the two sons of Eli who suffered; it was the entire population.
Action #5: Pray for active awareness on the part of ministers at all those churches which uphold true doctrine.
Christian ministers are in a position similar to that of a general with his army: Their troops are dependent upon them for a battle plan. But many ministers don’t seem to have a battle plan. They may tell their congregations that homosexuality is wrong; and they may even say we are engaged in spiritual warfare; but they are not laying out a specific plan for conducting that warfare.
Pray that ministers would lead their congregations in specific prayers like those listed in this document. Pray that they would lead their congregations in exposing local businesses which support PRIDE organizations. Pray that they would lead their congregations in examining LGBTQ indoctrination at local schools. Pray that there would be a genuine awareness of the depths of the depravity which is closing in, very close to us; and that they would lead Christians both in living close to Christ, and in striving against the evil around us. Pray that they would take to heart the verse which says, “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8).
Action #6: Pray against other movements allied with the PRIDE movement.
Progressives have coined the term “intersectionality” to describe the overlap of various progressive causes with one another. The end result of intersectionality is for these movements to encourage and strengthen one another in their opposition to Christianity and Christian morality. Major movements which lock arms together today against Christianity are gay liberation (including all LGBTQ groups), the feminist movement (especially pro-abortion groups), the America-is-fundamentally-racist movement, and – most recently – pro-Muslim groups.
We have already listed many of the pro-LGBTQ groups. Pro-abortion groups would include Planned Parenthood and Reproductive Freedom for All (formerly NARAL). Groups that portray America as fundamentally racist include BLM (Black Lives Matter), The 1619 Project, Critical Race Theory proponents, and Antifa. Pray that each of these would be defunded and go out of business.
Action #7: Openly recognize that the modern Democratic Party has become anti-Christian, and pray against it.
The convergence of anti-Christian causes has found a home in the modern Democratic party. Any politician running as a Democrat nowadays must be pro-abortion, pro-Black Lives Matter, pro-gay marriage, pro-gender-altering surgery, and in favor of men in women’s locker rooms. In other words, to be a modern Democrat, you have to be anti-Christian. Christians – especially Christian ministers – need to be able to come out and say this, and consider the implications.
Kamala Harris won almost 75 million votes in the last election, despite appearing to be incompetent. That means 75 million Americans voted for her more because of what the Democratic Party stood for, than on the basis of how good a president she would be. Conclusion: The deceptions of Satan have not just reached deep, but have taken hold in a very wide population.
Pray that the Democratic Party would be destroyed in its present form, and the hearts of its people would be changed and they would turn to Christ.
